Nigerians are saying loud and clear, a big 'NO' to any constitution amendment that would prolong the tenure of President Obasanjo and The State Governors beyond the existing two terms of four years each, as prescribed by the 1999 Constitution.
What do you say to that?
Our elections in the past has always been rigged by those politicians, so much that we the masses now know our votes doesnt matters. I dont see where our voice matters in this scenarios. It does seem to me that, there is nothing anyone can do to stop this politicians, either in election or in governance. But OBJ seems to be better amongst their lots. If the foregoing is what is obtained from this politicians, I dont see the reason why OBJ should not continue, except of course the likes of Wole Soyinka, Gani Fawehinmi, Nasir Elrufai whom we all know can rule this country successfully are guranteed to win the election. If not, let Baba continue, He is fair than most of those politicians. If you cant beat them, join them in their game.

He must go by May 2007, in peace or pieces. Nigerians are ready to escort him home to Ota either way.
